Today is public holiday (Prithvi Jayanti) so Nepse is closed as it does during other public holidays.
It’s a public holiday today as announced by the government. Not sure about NEPSE schedule, maybe follow the Rajpatra or any one of the hundreds of NEPSE Facebook pages. They post this kind of stuff all the time.
