As reported by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is currently being traded at Rs. 1,18,500 per tola, marking a Rs. 500 increase from yesterday’s price of Rs. 1,18,000 per tola. Similarly, Tejabi gold is available today at Rs. 1,17,950 per tola, reflecting a Rs. 500 rise from yesterday’s rate of Rs. 1,17,4500 per tola.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), fine gold is now being traded at Rs. 1,17,100 per tola, marking a Rs. 600 increase from yesterday’s price of Rs. 1,16,500 per tola. Similarly, Tejabi gold is available today at Rs. 1,16,800 per tola, showing an increase of Rs. 850 from yesterday’s price of Rs. 1,15,950 per tola.

Fine gold is currently being traded at Rs. 1,18,600 per tola, marking a Rs. 300 increment from the previous trading price of Rs. 1,18,300 per tola on Monday. Similarly, Tejabi gold is available today at Rs. 1,18,050 per tola, reflecting a Rs. 300 increase from Monday’s price of Rs. 1,17,750 per tola. This upward trend in gold prices underscores dynamic market conditions and economic factors influencing precious metal values in the region.

    The price of the precious metal gold has experienced an increase of Rs. 600 per tola compared to the trading price on Friday. As reported by the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA) today, fine gold is valued at Rs. 1,16,900 per tola, while tejabi gold is priced at Rs. 116,350.

    In contrast, on Friday, the price of fine gold was Rs. 1,16,300 per tola, and tejabi gold stood at Rs. 1,15,750.

    In tandem with the trend in gold prices, the price of silver has also seen an upswing today. Reflecting a gain of Rs. 35, the current price of silver stands at Rs. 1,485 per tola. In comparison, Friday recorded a silver price of Rs. 1,450 per tola.

    In the international market, the current rate of gold is USD $2,002.70, while silver is being traded at $24.32 per ounce.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs. 113,500 per tola, experiencing an astonishing rise of Rs. 800 in just one day from yesterday’s rate. This surge follows a significant increase of Rs. 500 per tola on Wednesday.

    The NEPSE (Nepal Stock Exchange) index concluded today’s trading session at 1,919.37 points, marking an impressive gain of 53.03 points from the previous closing. This increase translates to a growth rate of 2.84%. Last Thursday, the index had experienced a gain of 16.54 points.

    Interestingly, despite the market being scheduled to open at 11:00 am this morning, all 50 current brokers were still non-operational. In light of this situation, a meeting was arranged with relevant stakeholders at the Ministry of Finance’s Singhadurbar headquarters. During the meeting, Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat, the current finance minister, emphasized that investors should remain calm and assured them that the only tax applicable to profits from trading shares would be the Capital Gain Tax (CGT).

    The trading day commenced with the index opening at 1,866.35 points. At its lowest point in the intraday session, it reached 1,865.73 points. However, it experienced a significant surge, reaching as high as 1,925.11 points before ultimately closing at 1,919.37 points. These fluctuations throughout the day reflect the dynamic nature of the stock market and the varying levels of investor activity and sentiment.

    Overall, the NEPSE index’s upward movement and the reassurances provided by the finance minister aim to instill confidence among investors and maintain stability in the market. Investors will continue to closely monitor the performance of the index and make informed decisions based on the prevailing market conditions.

    Gold has once again broken its all-time high record by increasing Rs. 800 from yesterday’s price. As reported by the official website of the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the current trading rate for fine gold stands at Rs. 113,300 per tola, compared to yesterday’s rate of Rs. 112,500 per tola. Similarly, Tejabi gold is being traded at Rs. 112,750 today, while yesterday’s rate was maintained at Rs. 111,950 per tola.

    Yesterday, the price of gold reached an unprecedented high, with tejabi gold priced at Rs. 111,950 per tola and fine gold at Rs. 112,500 per tola. Alongside this, silver has also witnessed an increase of Rs. 25 per tola. Currently, silver is being traded in the local market at Rs. 1,435 per tola, compared to yesterday’s closing rate of Rs. 1,410 per tola.

Yesterday, the rate remained unchanged at Rs. 101,800 per tola. Meanwhile, Tejabi gold is currently trading at Rs. 103,000. In contrast, the rate was kept at Rs. 101,300 per tola yesterday.
