    Mai Khola Hydropower Limited (MKHL) has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 9th of Ashwin, 2080. The meeting will take place at Lord Party Venue in Dhumbarahi, Kathmandu, commencing at 9 a.m.

    The AGM’s agenda includes the following items:
    1) Approval of the financial reports for the fiscal year 2079/80.
    2) Endorsement of the auditor’s report, including PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports.
    3) Confirmation of the auditor’s appointment for the fiscal year 2080/81.

    Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) has scheduled its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to take place on the 22nd of Ashad, 2080. The AGM will be held at The Dhulikhel Lodge Resort in Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk, starting at 11 AM.

    One of the key agenda items to be discussed and endorsed during the meeting is the distribution of a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors has proposed to distribute the dividend based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 13.20 crores. This includes 10% bonus shares worth Rs. 1.32 crores and a 5% cash dividend amounting to Rs. 66 lakhs.     Himalaya Urja Bikas Company Limited (HURJA) has announced that its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will now be held on 9th Jestha, 2080. The meeting was originally scheduled for 29th Poush, 2079, but was rescheduled. The AGM will take place at Arpan Banquet in Nayabaneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am on the specified day.

    From the overall offer of 20 lakh units, 12 lakh units were subscribed through private placement, while the remaining 8 lakh units worth Rs. 80 crores were open for public issue, with 5% reserved for mutual funds.

    As the name implies, the “7.5% Everest Bank Limited Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2089” would provide unit holders with 7.5% yearly yields till maturity, which is in the year 2089 BS (10 years).
