The Madhya Bhotekoshi Jalavidyut Company Limited has announced that its initial public offering (IPO) will begin on Wednesday. The company has launched an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 900 million for 9 million units of shares.
Out of the total of 9 million units available, 4 percent (or 360,000 units) were reserved for firm employees out of the total of 9 million units available. In a similar vein, 450,000 units have been set aside for the general public to invest in various mutual funds. The remaining 8.19 million units are offered to the general public at a cost of $1.25 per unit.
The issue will be closed on October 11 if you submit your application early. If the issue does not get a sufficient number of subscriptions by the early closing date, the deadline can be extended until October 20.
