In the second week of Ashwin, there was an increase in weekly lending and deposit figures


The Nepal Bankers’ Association has released a detailed study on the deposit lending trends in the country’s banks.

The entire deposit increased by 38 billion in Ashwin’s week, bringing it to Rs. 4,218 billion. The deposit balance is Rs. 4,063 billion in local currency, with the remaining Rs. 154 billion in foreign currency.

Meanwhile, total loan has increased by 39 billion from the previous to 3,94 billion. In local currency, 3,788 billion has been forwarded, while Rs. 154 billion has been forwarded in foreign money.
