FPO is IPO 2.0 (with possible option as Right Share, only share holder could apply)
Fpo is the same as an ipo. In Nepal usually they do right share if right share is not possible and bonus share distribution is not enough then fpo is done. It’s 100% worth it to apply, go ahead.
