Company lai IPO ma nikalna lagda yeti no. of shares issue garnu parxa vanera kasari decide garxan ra yo decision kasle linxa? Kun aadhar ma public lai certain number of shares distribute garinxa? Please someone educate me on this matter. 🙏

Bonus share kata harayo harayo. .ek barsha samma ma ni pako xaina..
Since i am a small investor,I bought just 5 kitta EBL last year and the same distributed 13% bonus.With respect to this,I should have gotten somehow 0.65 bonusko kitta.But hadn’t got till the date.Yesto bela bonus kata harauxa.?Lovi bhako haina just a query.
