    Sonapur Minerals and Oil Limited has received approval from Nepal’s Securities Board (SEBON) to conduct its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Shrawan 17. They will issue 1,23,200 unit shares at a premium price. The shares will be offered at Rs 225 per share to locals and employees, and at Rs 237.58 per share to the general public. NIMB Ace Capital will be the issue manager for the share offering. The company had applied for permission to conduct the IPO on the 4th of Asoj.

The company’s board meeting, held last Friday, approved the decision for capitalization. NLG Insurance will now seek approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for the rights issuance. Once SEBON grants permission, the company will distribute the rightful shares to its shareholders.

    Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to launch an initial public offering (IPO) with a premium. The IPO will offer shares at a price of Rs 257 per share, including a premium of Rs 157 above the face value of Rs 100. A total of 1.2 crore unit shares, valued at Rs 2,989,800,800, will be issued, representing 30 percent of the company’s paid-up capital. Civil Capital Market Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the share offering. Currently, the company’s promoters hold a 70 percent stake in the company.

    According to regulatory guidelines, the 93rd meeting of the board of directors of Chhyangdi Hydropower Company Ltd (CHL) convened on Tuesday Chaitra 21, 2079 agreed to issue 100% right shares on a paid-up capital of Rs. 38.67 Crores.

    Earlier, the business sought to issue right shares in the ratio of 150% of the paid-up capital, i.e. 1:1.5, after gaining regulatory permission. Yet, the decision was submitted for approval at the company’s annual general meeting.
