The company has opened the window for applications for these right shares in a generous ratio of 1:1 or 100%, accepting applications from 2nd Falgun to 22nd Falgun, 2080.

    In this offering, Singati Hydro Energy Limited plans to issue 100% right shares valued at Rs. 1.45 Arba, equivalent to 14,500,000 (1:1) units of right shares, specifically catering to its existing shareholders. The company, known for its contributions to the hydropower sector, is currently operating with a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.45 Arba. With the proposed issuance and adjustment of the right shares, the paid-up capital is set to undergo a significant boost, reaching Rs. 2.90 Arba.

    Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited has released an offer letter to introduce its 100% rights shares. As per the publicly disclosed offer letter, the company plans to accept applications for these right shares at a 1:1 ratio, or 100%, from the 18th of Bhadra to the 7th of Ashwin, 2080.

    The hydropower firm intends to distribute 105,900,000 units of right shares, totaling Rs. 10.59 Arba, to its existing shareholders. This issuance will lead to a subsequent increase in the company’s paid-up capital to Rs. 21.18 Arba following the adjustment of the proposed right shares.

    Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) has commenced the issuance of “11% LBBL Debenture 2089” to the general public and institutions. The debenture, which has a maturity period of 10 years and offers a coupon rate of 11%, will be available for application starting from today until the 19th of Jestha, 2080. In the event that the issue is not fully subscribed, the deadline may be extended until Jestha 30, 2080.

    A total of 10,00,000 units of the debenture will be issued at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Among the total units, 60% (6,00,000 units) will be subscribed through private placement, while the remaining 4,00,000 units worth Rs. 40 crores will be open for public issue. Additionally, 5% of the public issue is allocated for mutual funds. The issuance aims to raise a total of Rs. 1 Arba.

    Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this process. Investors have the opportunity to apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 1,00,000 units.

Modi Energy Limited has been promoted by institutional promoters and individual businessmen, and the Hydroelectric Project of the 20 MW run-of-river, Tallo Modi Khola Hydropower Project, is being constructed under the “BOOT” model in the Parbat district of Nepal.

The project began commercial operations on May 6, 2017, ahead of the required COD of June 30, 2017, and was built at a total cost of NPR 734 million (NPR 196 million per MW) with an initial debt-to-equity ratio of 82:18.
