    Conversely, Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme – 2 (SIGS2) lost the highest 5.81% today.

    All sector indices closed green, “Hydropower” gained the highest 3.59% while “Manufacturing And Processing” gained the least 1.53% today.

    Today is the last day to claim Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’s proposed dividend of 25.26%. (CBBL).

    On Chaitra 10, 2079, the company called its 21st AGM. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. that day in Hetauda, Makawanpur.

    Among the other items on the agenda, the AGM will approve a 25.26% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. The 282nd meeting of the board of directors, held on Poush 27, decided to distribute a dividend of Rs. 2.32 Arba on the paid-up capital.     On Poush 29, 2079, the firm had its 19th AGM for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors approved a 10% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. On Mangsir 14, the board of directors resolved to issue the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.12 Arba. There was a proposal for 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.63 crores and a 5% cash dividend (tax purposes) of Rs. 5.63 crores. NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares.

    Last week, ICFC closed at Rs. 431.

    Similarly, Aadhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) has 3,57,000 unit bonus shares listed on NEPSE.

    Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Modifies the Dividend Rate for Fiscal Year 2078/79


    Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) has reduced the dividend rate for fiscal year 2078/79 from 37.3684% to 33.15%.

    The 72nd meeting of the board of directors, held on Falgun 06, resolved to give a dividend of Rs. 1.03 Arba on the paid-up capital. A cash dividend of 9.3684% and 28% bonus shares had been recommended.

    The dividend was to be paid only after clearance from Nepal Rastra Bank and approval from the company’s future AGM. The dividend has been changed in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank’s directives. As a result, a new dividend rate of 26% Bonus dividend and 7.15% cash dividend has been recommended.

    Consequently, the bonus shares are valued at Rs. 26.89 crores, while the cash dividend is valued at Rs. 7.39 crores.

    NMFBS proposed a Bonus Dividend of 38.5% for fiscal year 2078/79. The 141st board of directors meeting, held on Magh 9, proposed a 38.5% bonus from paid-up capital for fiscal year 2078/79. The company’s paid-up capital is Rs. 58.66 crores. As a result, the company proposed bonus shares worth Rs. 22.58 crores.

    Salt Trading Corporation Limited (STC) has released its second-quarter report for fiscal year 2079/2080, which shows a 47.39% increase in net profit. The company’s net profit increased to Rs. 1.88 crores in Q2, 2079/2080 from Rs. 1.27 crores in the previous year’s corresponding quarter.

    The company’s sales revenue (revenue from operations) fell by 1.63% in the second quarter to Rs. 3.45 Arba, down from Rs. 3.51 Arba in the previous year’s corresponding quarter. In contrast, the company’s other income has decreased to Rs. 1.7 Crores from Rs. 3.7 Crores during the same period last year.

    From the 11th to the 15th of Falgun, 2079, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited issued 169,755 units of shares worth Rs. 1.69 crores to the general public as part of their Initial Public Offering (IPO).

    The company’s issued capital is Rs. 6.23 crores, of which 32.625%, or 203,380 unit shares worth Rs. 2.03 crores, have been set aside for the general public. Out of the total 203,380 units, 10%, or 20,388 units, were set aside for Nepalese citizens working abroad, while 1.5326%, or 3,117 units, were set aside for company employees, and 5%, or 10,170 units, were set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 169,755 units were made available to the general public.

    The company had previously proposed a 20% bonus share and 1.0526% cash dividend on its Rs. 33.39 crore paid-up capital. The bonus shares were worth slightly more than Rs. 6.67 crores, while the cash dividend was worth slightly more than Rs. 35.14 lakhs.

    On Poush 29, 2079, the firm had its 21st Annual General Meeting, at which the 9.4737% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79 was approved. A 9% bonus share and 0.4737% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.28 Arba were recommended at the board of directors meeting on Poush 7. As a result, the proposal included bonus shares worth Rs. 11.59 crores and cash dividends of Rs. 61.01 lakh.

    The same bonus shares are now on the NEPSE list. Last week, SIL finished at Rs. 611.

    Bank of Kathmandu Limited issued 11,00,000 units of “10.5% BOK Debenture 2086” between the 2nd and 7th Bhadras of 2079.

    6.60 lakh units were subscribed via private placement from the total issue of 11 lakh units, while the remaining 4.40 lakh units worth Rs. 44 crores were open for public issue, 5% of which was also allocated to mutual funds.

    The “10.50% BOK Debenture 2086” has a maturity period of 7 years and will provide an annual return of 10.50% during that time.
