    Maruti Cements Limited has officially announced its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held on the 21st of Kartik, 2080, at the company’s headquarters in Biratnagar, commencing at 11:30 AM.

    A key focus of the AGM is the company’s proposal to distribute a 10% cash dividend, inclusive of applicable taxes, to its preferred shareholders. This dividend will be sourced from the profits and accumulated profits earned during the fiscal year 2079/080.
