Nepal SBI Bank Declares 10.55% Dividend: Shareholders Encouraged to Dematerialize for Seamless Distribution
Nepal SBI Bank Limited (SBI) has initiated the distribution of dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders, amounting to 10.55%.
The decision was made during the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2079/80, held on 13th Poush, 2080. The company’s board of directors, in its 506th meeting on Mangsir 01, 2080, decided to distribute a 10.55% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 10.12 Arba. This dividend includes 3.75% bonus shares valued at Rs. 68.82 Crores and a 6.8% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) amounting to Rs. 37.95 Crores.
To facilitate the dividend distribution process, Nepal SBI Bank urges its shareholders to dematerialize their shares and update their bank information in the Demat account promptly.
Additionally, eligible investors who have taken a loan against the company’s shares before the book closure date are required to provide a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.

Is it possible to change demat account to one bank from another?
I just want to transfer all my demat information from Nepal SBI to nabil and just never use or delete the SBI account. they have very poor customer service and never reply to emails and their mobile banking sucks. I am not in Nepal so is it possible to do it with same demat account. Thank you.

Bank account hasn’t been updated in TMS
I had synced my bank account with BOK in my TMS account, but since the merger with GBIME, the account number has changed. But in TMS it hasn’t been updated and I haven’t been able to cash out since then.

Meroshare Bank account number change and cash dividend query
I didn’t change my bank account number in Meroshare after my bank merger. So, I received no cash dividend for a year or two. I changed it now on Meroshare and got approved. Do I need to do something more to get cash dividend that got stuck or just changing the acc no in Meroshare will do. Will the cash dividend be deposited automatically now? Thanks.

TMS account ko password nai reset hunna k garnu paryo??
Maile naasa securities bata 2021 ma tms account khole ko thiye and after that i never used that. Ahile share bechnu pareko xa ani tms account ma login garda i found password wrong xa.
So password reset garna khosis gare ko gare xu ahile hudaina.. Maile tms account user name pani thik haleko xu because gmail ma check gareraw copy gareko xu ani gmail pani thik hale ko xu but gmail ma reset link nai aayena..
Never trade so I am a newbie kina yesto vako ho?? Can anyone help ki maile naasa securities nai phone garnu parxa…
