regarding selling ipo and bit anxious


I just sold ipo and my broker is Naasa securities. I have completed every task from my side and share is transferred successfully. I’m trying to contact the broker but it always said busy should I be worried or not. this is my first time. and there is a sms said I should email them on aug 20 for refund. what I’m supposed to write on mail. are there any alternative to contact them?

  1. Email ma timro client code email garidiye hunxa. Ma ta sadhai subject ma “Client code {my-client-code} ” vanera pathauxu. Ani content ma ni tehi. Pathidinxa volio palta paisa. But, yo part unnecessary laagxa. Vision securities ho mero broker chahi. Aru mani client code email garnai parxa ki pardaina chahi thaha vayena.

    Client coed chahi TMS ko top right ma dekhaune number ho. Or login garda use garne number (not password)

  2. EDIS garisakya bhaye, chill ma basne. 2-3 din bhitra pathauxa broker le and yes, broker le call kahile pani uthaudaina so it’s better to message them on viber or messenger.
