Is national life insurance a scam or a worth investment?

My brother approached me with a 15 year plan and he would give me 22% of the commission for the first two years saying that he would be eligible for loan on the expected commission(not applicable now as it change one or two year ago). That is where the difference is between the relative that is trying for win win situation or trying to get commission from your insurance( doesn’t have to be all the commission but relatives should give atleast half the commission back).

Anyways i wanted to know, people who refer to life insurance and if the person who is referred to signs up to on the insurance.The person get some amount of cash?

If you think it as a investment then dont do insurance rather go for fixed savings . However as a forced multiyear saving it is a good option. And if you are planning to do life insurance, agent commission hunchha, ani afai agent banera afnai insurance garna ni milchha
