Additionally, the board of directors also proposed issuing 10% bonus shares amounting to Rs. 1.32 crores and a 5% cash dividend totaling Rs. 66 lakhs.

    At present, the Last Traded Price (LTP) of SLBSL stands at Rs. 864.90.
