Nobody knows. Bull never starts when everything is settled.it always rallies between the chaos. So I reckon it’s best to accumulate partially. So that you won’t miss out on the rally.

No one can answer this question. Just look at the interest rate and CD ratio of banks, I doubt we will see bull anytime soon. Hope it goes up cause I still need to sell so many stocks. Most likely a small upswing!
