Citizens Bank has announced that its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2079-80 will take place on Ashoj 26, 2080. During this meeting, the bank plans to approve a cash dividend of 5.79%, equivalent to Rs 82.21 crore, for its shareholders.
