Nepal Investment Bank Limited (NIB) has paid a 3.389 percent cash dividend to its shareholders straight into their bank accounts.
On the 3rd of December 2021, the firm held its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2077-78 at its head office in Durbar Marg, Kathmandu. The shareholders were told in the meeting, which was chaired by the Bank chairman, Mr. Prithivi Bahadur Pandé, of the Bank’s intention to deliver 16.00 percent total dividend, 12.611 percent bonus shares, and 3.389 percent cash dividend on its total paid-up capital.
Bank accounts are now receiving the same cash dividend. The dividend will be distributed only once those who have validated their bank accounts in their Demat accounts and have dematerialized their shares have completed the relevant procedures. Furthermore, depending on when they accepted the loan, investors who took margin loans against the company’s shares must provide a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter.
