However, the roots of our organization trace back even further, as our esteemed Chairman, Mr. Parameshwar Bhakta Malla, initially established this company as an individual stockbroker on Poush 29, 2050 BS (13 Jan 1994 AD). This history underscores our deep-seated knowledge and experience in the realm of stock trading in Nepal.

In addition to our status as a stockbroker and NEPSE member, we proudly serve as a Clearing Member with CDS and Clearing Ltd (CDSC), further reinforcing our commitment to adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
