    The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) witnessed a notable increase of 13.51 points, equivalent to 0.67%, closing at 2,030.55 points compared to the previous day. This gain followed a positive trend from the previous trading session, where the index experienced an increase of 9.33 points.

    The trading day commenced with the NEPSE index opening at 2,020.95, reaching an intraday low of 2,017.00, and achieving an intraday high of 2,040.90.

    Throughout today’s trading activities, a total of 309 different stocks were traded in 47,699 transactions. The volume of shares traded amounted to 8,929,152, with a total turnover of Rs. 3.19 Arba. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 31.91 Kharba, and the float market capitalization was Rs. 10.90 Kharba.

    Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited Promoter Share (NRICP) took the lead in turnover, reaching Rs. 56.20 crores.

    Among the gainers in today’s trading, Peoples Hydropower Company Limited (PHCL) exhibited the highest increase of 10%, followed by Chirkhwa Hydropower Limited (CKHL) with a gain of 8.97%.

    Conversely, NIC ASIA Growth Fund-2 (NICGF2) faced the highest loss of 6.21%, trailed by Samling Power Company Limited (SPC) with a loss of 5.02%.

    In the sector indices, three sectors closed in the red today. The “Non-Life Insurance Index” recorded the highest gain of 1.56%, while the “Mutual Fund Index” experienced a loss of 0.79%.

The company, aiming for efficiency, has successfully settled 93% of claims by the conclusion of Ashoj. Furthermore, it commits to a swift resolution for accidental death-related claims within 3 working days and other death-related claims within 7 working days, contingent on complete documentation. Notably, the insurer has achieved a commendable record, settling 46% of claims within 3 days, 67% within 7 days, and 81% within 1 month of the comprehensive documentation submission, as highlighted in the media statement.

    The day commenced with the index opening at 1840.42, marking an intraday low of 1,834.64 and reaching a peak at 1,861.22 during the course of trading.

    Throughout the day’s trading activities, a total of 299 different stocks were involved in 53,146 transactions. The trading volume reached 9,505,608 shares, leading to a total turnover of Rs. 2.79 Arba. The overall market capitalization was reported at Rs. 28.56 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 9.96 Kharba.

    The stock with the highest turnover was Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited Promoter Share (NRICP), reaching a notable Rs. 86.83 crores.

    Among individual stocks, Trishuli Jal Vidhyut Company Limited (TVCL) demonstrated the highest gain at 10%, closely followed by Samaj Laghubittya Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SAMAJ) with a gain of 9.97%.

    However, Global IME Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (GILB) experienced the most substantial loss, declining by 7.81% during the day.

    In terms of sector indices, with the exception of the “Trading Index,” all other sector indices concluded in positive territory. The “Non-Life Insurance Index” emerged as the top gainer, registering a gain of 2.11%. Conversely, the “Trading Index” witnessed a loss of 0.50%.

    Notably, Nepal Insurance Co. Ltd Promoter Share (NICLPO) recorded the highest turnover for the day at Rs. 11.67 crores, with a market price of Rs. 423.

    The day’s gainers were led by Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited (RURU), posting an increase of 5.63%. Conversely, Vijaya laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. (VLBS), Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN), and United IDI Mardi RB Hydropower Limited. (UMRH) each suffered losses of 10%.

    With the exception of “Mutual Fund,” all sector indices concluded in the red. The “Mutual Fund” sector experienced the most gain, registering an increase of 0.11%, while the “HydroPower Index” witnessed a loss of 1.73%.

    The trading session reflected ongoing market dynamics, with investors closely monitoring sectoral performances and individual stock movements.

    Commencing at 1853.17, the index witnessed fluctuations throughout the day, reaching an intraday low of 1,821.38 and a high of 1,853.87.

    Today’s trading session involved 285 different stocks, with a total of 37,607 transactions taking place. The traded volume amounted to 3,675,101 shares, resulting in a cumulative turnover of Rs. 95.04 crore. The market capitalization, based on a float market capitalization of Rs. 9.85 Kharba, stood at Rs. 28.21 Kharba.

    Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) secured the highest turnover of Rs. 7.78 crores, with a market price of Rs. 1,622.50.

    Noteworthy in today’s market activity, Menchhiyam Hydropower Limited (MCHL) emerged as the top gainer, achieving an 8.13% increase. Conversely, Mathillo Mailun Khola Jalvidhyut Limited (MMKJL) incurred the most significant loss of 9.94%.

    In the latest trading session at the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the NEPSE Index closed at 1,985.43 points, marking a notable increase of 16.24 points or 0.82% in comparison to the previous day’s closing figures. This follows a modest uptick of 4.26 points on Monday.

    The trading day commenced with the NEPSE Index opening at 1,970.42 points and reaching a low of 1,960.62 points during the course of the trading session. However, it managed to climb to a high point of 1,986.72 points.

    Throughout today’s trading activities, a total of 272 different stocks were traded, with an impressive 50,296 transactions taking place. This high trading volume amounted to 43,36,583 shares changing hands, contributing to a total turnover of Rs. 1.17 Arba. The overall market capitalization was reported at Rs. 29.92 Kharba, with a float market capitalization of Rs. 10.54 Kharba.

    Reliable Nepal Life Insurance Limited (RNLI) took the lead in terms of turnover, with transactions worth Rs. 10.64 crores, closing at a market price of Rs. 485.50 per share. Similarly, Shuvam Power Limited (SPL) recorded the highest gain of the day at 10%, followed closely by Three Star Hydropower Limited (TSHL) with a gain of 9.99%.

    Conversely, Emerging Nepal Limited (ENL) experienced the most significant loss for the day, with a decrease of 8.00%.

    Looking at the sub-indices, both the Hotel and Tourism Index and the Trading Index concluded in the negative territory, while the “Hydropower Index” showcased the most substantial gain at 3.21%. The “Mutual Fund and Other” sub-index had a more modest gain, standing at 0.11%.

    The Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 47.01, up from yesterday’s 40.71. On the other hand, the MACD line remained below the zero line, indicating a reading of -19.16.

    The trading day commenced with the NEPSE index opening at 2,154.02. Throughout the day, it demonstrated some downward momentum, reaching an intraday low of 2,141.82. However, it also reached an intraday high of 2,174.63 before settling at its closing value of 2,165.24.

    During the day’s trading activities, a total of 260 scrips were exchanged in 51,445 transactions. The volume of shares traded amounted to 8,674,109, resulting in a total turnover of Rs. 3.34 Arba.

    Among the various stocks, United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) displayed the highest turnover, with a significant amount of Rs. 23.57 crores, closing at a market price of Rs. 631. The shares of KBL were the most actively traded.

    In terms of individual stock performance, BPW Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (BPW) recorded the highest gain of 10% and reached the positive circuit for the day, indicating strong market demand for the stock.

    Conversely, NIBL Samriddhi Fund -2 (NIBSF2) experienced the highest decline of 9.64%, indicating a negative performance for this particular stock.

    As for sector indices, five of them ended the day with gains. The “Trading” sector witnessed the highest gain, increasing by 4.83%. However, the “Others” sector registered the highest loss, declining by 0.96%.
