According to a press release, the company distributed shares based on different categories of applicants. Around 7,885 applicants received shares based on their requested quantity within the range of 10 to 40 units. Additionally, 19,743 applicants who had applied for 50 to 2000 units were allotted 40-unit shares each. In a stroke of luck, 18,029 applicants from the latter group were selected through a lucky draw to receive an extra 10-unit shares.

    Nepal Republic Media Limited is conducting its IPO allotment on Monday, 11th Ashad, 2080. The allotment program will be held at Mega Capital Markets Limited in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, at 4 pm.

    The company has issued a total capital of Rs. 96.75 crores. Out of this, 43,53,000 unit shares worth Rs. 43.53 crores were reserved for the general public, which accounts for 44.99% of the issued capital. Among the shares allocated to the public, 10% (4,35,300 units) were offered to Nepalese citizens working abroad, 4% (174,120 units) were set aside for the company’s employees, and 5% (217,650 units) were allocated to mutual funds. The remaining 35,25,930 units were made available to the general public.

    Bhugol Energy Development Company released 13,46,993 units worth Rs 13.46 crores to the general public as an Initial Public Offering (IPO) (Chaitra 23-27, 2079).
    108,811 units have already been released and assigned to Nepalese individuals working abroad, 5% of the total offered shares, or 71,916 units, have been set aside for mutual funds, and 19,420 units have been put up for firm personnel. The remaining 13,46,993 units will be available to the general public.
