Aviyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AVYAN) has announced that it will not pay dividends in fiscal year 2078/79.
The AVYAN Board of Directors decided on Chaitra 06, 2079, that no dividends will be paid for fiscal year 2078/79. The financial statements, however, are subject to approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) has been added to SEBON’s IPO pipeline for approval.
The company intends to distribute 11,250,000 unit shares to employees and the general public. Employees will be issued shares at a par value of Rs. 100, while the general public will be issued shares at a price of Rs. 290 per share (Rs 100 face value + Rs 190 premium price). Multipurpose Finance Company Limited handled the process of issuing rights shares (MPFL). In an application filed on February 29, the company requested approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEBON) to issue rights shares.
