On Tuesday, September 30, 2023, Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) signed an agreement to list 9 Percent Debenture 2089 (NSBD98). As part of the agreement, 1,418,366 units of these debentures will be listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit. Trading of these shares is expected to commence on Wednesday.
The issue management for this listing was handled by NMB Capital Limited. The shares were officially listed on NEPSE on September 30, 2023, in accordance with existing regulations.
On Wednesday, which corresponds to the date 2080/05/13 in the Nepali calendar, Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) signed an agreement for the listing of 11 Percent L.B.B.L. Debenture 2089 (LBBLD89).
As per the agreement, 10 lakh units of these debentures are being listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit.
Trading for these shares is set to commence from Sunday.
The task of issue management is being handled by Nabil Investment Banking Limited. On the 11th of Bhadra, 2080, the stocks were successfully listed on NEPSE in accordance with the prevailing regulations.

Kalika Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (KMCDB) has released its fourth-quarter report for the recently concluded financial year 2079-80. The report shows a significant drop of 64.01 percent in its Net profits compared to the same period in the previous fiscal year 2078-79. In specific numbers, the company earned only Rs. 4.62 crores, a notable decline from Rs. 12.84 crores.
