    In today’s trading, the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) Index ended at 2,045.45 points, showing a rise of 29.47 points or 1.46% compared to the previous day’s close. Yesterday, the index had gone up by 17.69 points.

    The trading began with the index starting at 2,016.8 and hitting a low of 2,015.80 during the day. The market’s highest point during the day was 2,048.26, but it settled at the closing value of 2,045.45.

    The Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 47.01, up from yesterday’s 40.71. On the other hand, the MACD line remained below the zero line, indicating a reading of -19.16.

To address this concern, the bank has launched the ‘Nabil Dhukka Ghar Karja’ scheme, offering homeowners peace of mind with stable and affordable fixed rates throughout the loan period.

    Under the ‘Nabil Dhukka Ghar Karja’ plan, first-time homebuyers can benefit from financing up to 70% of the property’s value, while others can secure up to 60% financing. The loan process is designed to be hassle-free and convenient for all applicants.

    Nabil Equity Fund (NEF) has released its monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) report for the month of Ashad. The latest NAV is Rs. 10.82, showing an increase from the previous month’s Rs. 10.37. The fund, which started with a size of Rs. 1.25 Arba, has allocated Rs. 75.86 crores in shares of listed companies and Rs. 1.4 crores in non-listed shares. Additionally, it has invested Rs. 37.5 crore in fixed deposit schemes and Rs. 11.02 crore in debentures. NEF also holds Rs. 8.37 crores in bank balance.

    SEBON Adds “9% Nabil Debenture 2087” to Pipeline with Rs 3 Arba Size

    SEBON, the Securities Board of Nepal, has included “9% Nabil Debenture 2087” in its pipeline. The debenture has a total size of Rs 3 Arba. Nabil Bank Limited will issue 30 lakh units of debenture at Rs 1000 per unit. Out of these, 12 lakh units are reserved for the general public, while the remaining 18 lakh units are for private placement. The debenture will provide a 9% interest rate for a duration of 7 years.

    In the most recent list of mutual fund scheme pipeline status published by the Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON), “NI 31” has recently been added under preliminary review.

    The fund size for NI 31 will be Rs. 15 crores divided into 1.5 crore units with a par value of Rs.10 per unit. On Chaitra 16, the application was submitted to SEBON. The mutual fund scheme’s fund manager is Nabil Investment Banking Limited. Nabil Bank, on the other hand, is the scheme’s Fund Sponsor.

    Statistics reveals that commercial banks combined have achieved a total net profit of Rs. 36 Arba and 89 crores. Nabil Bank is the most profitable of the 22 commercial banks, with a net profit of Rs. 4 Arba and 13 crores. Similarly, NIC Asia Bank had a net profit of Rs. 3 Arba and 67 crores. Global IME Bank, on the other hand, has made a net profit of Rs. 3 Arba and 55 Crores. Agricultural Development Bank, on the other hand, has the lowest net profit of Rs. 10 crores.

    – With the successful merger of Global IME Bank and Bank of Kathmandu, the joint transaction in the name of Global IME Bank began on Poush 25, 2079.

    On 29th Poush, 2079, the bank held its 38th AGM for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors approved a 30% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. On Mangsir 25, the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 22.83 Arba. There was a proposal for 18.50% bonus shares worth Rs 4.22 Arba and 11.5% cash dividend (including bonus shares for tax purposes) worth Rs 2.61 Arba. NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares.

    In 35,450 transactions, 257 scrips changed hands. 
    total of 5,648,212 shares were traded, totaling Rs. 2.062 Arba in activity. 
    This is less than the previous day’s turnover of Rs. 3.691 Arba.

    API Power Company Ltd. (API) shares were the most actively traded, with total turnover of Rs. 5.86 crores at market price of Rs. 302 per share.Barahi Hydropower Public Limited (BHPL) gained the most, gaining 10% and closing the day on good note.

    Nabil Balanced Fund-3 (NBF3), on the other hand, lost the most today, losing 5.75%.Only one sector finished in the negative today, “Mutual Fund,” which lost 0.20%, while “Development Bank” gained the most, 1.46%.

    The Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) transaction has been halted, according to the official notice of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), since the business declared dividends to be given to shareholders without first receiving authorisation from NEPSE.

    At 6:35 PM on Magh 25, after business hours, Nepal Stock Exchange received the letter from VLBS regarding the dividend declaration for the Fiscal Year 2078/79. However, on Magh 10 itself, Vijaya Laghubitta held a meeting to suggest dividends to the shareholders.
