I applied for Ghorai Cement asti, for 435 per kitta and also got it. But when I checked MeroShare ma it says per per kitta ko price 10 and total the value is 1000 only. You think it’s a mistake ki did they chuna lagao before it started?

Error processing request for IPO in meroshare account
A while bank the bank my meroshare account was attached got merged into a different bank and now while applying IPO, after CRN number and Transaction password it says Error processing request. Any solution for this??

Is it not mandatory for a company which is listed or being listed in stock exchange to be transparent with these reports in SEBON ? Like a recent company issuing IPO Hathaway. I checked its website investor relation section and these sections are blank (Link below).

Also I noticed that in the company website they are saying they have portfolio in GBIME Bank and GBIME Capital is its merchant bank, which a subsidiary of GBIME Banks, is it allowed in SEBON Law ?
