    Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) has declared that it will not be disbursing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80. The decision was made during the Board Meeting of ILBS on Poush 04, 2080. It was decided that the company would refrain from distributing dividends for the mentioned fiscal year. It’s important to note that the financial statements are pending approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and await confirmation at the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.

    As of the latest update, ILBS closed at Rs. 680.00.

    The current promoters of Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) have initiated an auction of 99,372 shares, making them available to both existing promoter shareholders and the general public or institutions. This auction commenced on the 26th of Ashwin, 2080. Interested parties, including individuals and promoter shareholders, have a 15-day window to place their bids. It is important to note that all bids must be submitted at ILBS’s central office located in Gaidakot, Nawalparasi. The last traded price (LTP) for ILBS as of now is Rs. 622.

    During its 6th Annual General Meeting held on 13th Falgun, the company approved the issuance of a 20% bonus share for the fiscal year 2078/79. Subsequently, in a board of directors meeting on Poush 30, it was decided to distribute bonus shares worth Rs. 8,29,02,656.95 from the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 41.45 crores.

    The bonus shares have already been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). Therefore, shareholders who held shares before the book closure date, which was Falgun 02, are required to pay the applicable tax on the proposed dividend.

    Furthermore, if eligible investors had obtained a loan using their shares as collateral before the book closure date, they must provide a No Objection Letter from their lending institution in order to receive the dividend.

    Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ILBS) has released its third-quarter report for the current fiscal year, showing a decreased net profit of Rs. 1.38 crores. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year, the company had recorded a profit of Rs. 11.83 crores.

    The microfinance company’s net interest income, which is its core revenue, has decreased by 24.19% to Rs. 19.30 crores in the third quarter of the current fiscal year, compared to Rs. 25.47 crores generated in the same period of FY 2078/79.

    ILBS’s operating profit has experienced a significant decline of 88.48%, amounting to Rs. 1.94 crores up to the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. Additionally, the non-performing loan (NPL) of the company has nearly tripled, reaching 14.04%.

    Furthermore, minor fluctuations have been observed in the company’s deposits, borrowings, and personnel expenses, with changes of -1.02%, -6.32%, and 6.77% respectively, as indicated in the third-quarter report.

    Infinity Laghubitta maintains a paid-up capital of Rs. 49.74 crores, along with Rs. 17.96 crores in the form of reserve and surplus, which includes reserves and retained earnings.

    The company’s earnings per share (EPS) ratio is lower at Rs. 3.70, while the net worth per share stands at Rs. 136.11.

    At the end of the third quarter, the company’s closing price was Rs. 644.90.

    On Falgun 14, 2079, Infinity Laghubitta held its sixth annual general meeting (AGM) for the fiscal year 2078–2079 under the direction of its chairman, Mr. Bala Ram Bista.

    The AGM has approved the board’s request to distribute 20% bonus shares worth Rs 8.29 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had generated in the prior fiscal year, in addition to the usual financial reports.

    According to a press release, the AGM also featured a leadership symposium for the firm’s staff, and the company also recognized its top performers.
