I sold some shares yesterday. Since it is holiday tomorrow and the day after tomorrow, is it okay to do EDIS only on Sunday or should be done by tomorrow itself ?

In T+1, what is the final time I can do the EDIS. Is it 3pm or that entire day?
Just reazlied after my broker’s email that EDIS didn’t went through, so submitted it about an hour after 3 pm when nepse close, Will they charge 20% or will it count T+1 still. I sold them yesterday, so today all day should be technically T+1 right?

No EDIS for today, No EDIS obligation left: Meroshare does not let me transfer shares
In My purchase source, I can do purchase source but there is nothing under My Holdings. I sold yesterday, and yesterday was also the book closure date according to [Merolagani.com](https://Merolagani.com). Is that the issue? My broker automatically sends me texts saying I should transfer shares within one day or I will incur 20% penalties. So, I am wondering if I already missed the deadline, or if it will let me transfer tomorrow. HELP!!!

Done EDIS after close of market on 2nd day – What are the consequences??
Hello Folks,
I put some GTC sold orders in TMS on Dec-20 and left it. Completely forgot to followup afterwards, my mistake.
Then I got email from broker office yesterday Dec-21 saying my order was executed yesterday and I had to do EDIS before the market closes. The email was sent just before the market closed. I saw the email in some time and finalized the EDIS in mero share just before 5pm and let my broker know.
I know there are some deadlines to settle the EDIS before the close of market the following day, which I have now breached.
Will I be penalized for this? What additional penalty charges am i looking into?
