    Himalayan Everest Insurance Distributes Cash Dividend to Shareholders’ Bank Accounts


    Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI) is distributing a 6.37% cash dividend starting today directly to the bank accounts and DEMAT accounts of its shareholders. Shareholders are encouraged to dematerialize their shares. Additionally, 8.63% bonus shares will be distributed directly to DEMAT accounts after listing in NEPSE.

    The insurance company held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 25th of Poush, 2080. During the AGM, a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80 was approved. In a board meeting on the same day, it was decided to distribute dividends on the paid-up capital of Rs. 2.30 Arba. This includes 8.63% bonus shares valued at Rs. 19.86 crore and 6.37% cash dividend (inclusive of tax) valued at Rs. 14.66 crore. The same cash dividends are now being distributed.

    Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has initiated the distribution of a 1580% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders starting from Poush, 2080. The company strongly encourages its shareholders to undergo the dematerialization process for their shares.

    The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Unilever Nepal for the fiscal year 2079/80 included the endorsement of the board’s proposal to provide a substantial 1580% cash dividend to its shareholders. In line with this decision, the same cash dividend is currently being distributed directly to the bank accounts of eligible shareholders.

    For shareholders who have yet to authenticate their bank accounts in their Demat accounts and those who haven’t completed the dematerialization of their shares, the cash dividend distribution will proceed only after they fulfill the necessary procedures. Additionally, investors who have obtained margin loans against Unilever Nepal shares are required to furnish a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter for the process.

    Sunrise Capital Limited is delivering a 16% cash dividend for “Sunrise First Mutual Fund” directly to the bank accounts of its unit holders. They have encouraged unit holders to convert their physical shares to electronic format.

    The fund had previously declared a 16% return for the fiscal year 2079/2080. Starting from the 26th of Ashwin, 2080, the fund will credit this return to the beneficiary accounts of the unit holders.

    Furthermore, the company is urging unit holders, especially those who haven’t updated their bank information in their Demat accounts, to dematerialize their shares.

    NMB Capital Limited will be giving a 15% cash dividend to the unit holders of “NMB Hybrid Fund L-1” and “NMB 50” directly into their bank accounts. They are encouraging unit holders to convert their shares into electronic form.

    Both funds had earlier announced a 15% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/2080. NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 will deposit the dividend in the unit holders’ beneficiary accounts starting from the 21st of Ashwin, while NMB 50 will do so from the 22nd of Ashwin, 2080. The bank advises all unit holders to check their beneficiary accounts for the dividend.

    Forward Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (FOWAD) has begun distributing 5% cash dividends to its shareholders’ bank accounts as of today (15th Magh) and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.

    On Poush 30, 2079, the company held its 10th AGM for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors approved a 30% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. On Poush 04, the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 84.44 crores. A 5% cash dividend (including tax) of Rs. 4.22 crores was proposed, along with a 25% bonus dividend of Rs. 21.11 crores. The same cash dividend is now paid out.
