    Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) is set to hold its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 26, 2080, in Amritbhog, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu, starting at 11 a.m. During this meeting, among other things, they will approve a 5.79% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. This decision was made during the 428th meeting of the Board of Directors on August 15th, where they decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs. 82.21 Crores from their paid-up capital of Rs. 14.20 Arba. Today is the last day to claim this dividend, so make sure to do so if you’re a shareholder.

    Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) has released its fourth-quarter report for the recent financial year, showing a Net Profit of Rs. 2.21 Arba. This represents a growth of 10.41 percent compared to the profits of the same quarter in the previous financial year 2078-79. The company’s core revenue stream, Net Interest Income, has risen by 17.30 percent to reach Rs. 5.85 Arba in the fourth quarter of FY 079-80. Additionally, the Operating profit of the company has increased by 13.42 percent, amounting to Rs. 3.07 Arba.

    The Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) transaction has been halted, according to the official notice of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), since the business declared dividends to be given to shareholders without first receiving authorisation from NEPSE.

    At 6:35 PM on Magh 25, after business hours, Nepal Stock Exchange received the letter from VLBS regarding the dividend declaration for the Fiscal Year 2078/79. However, on Magh 10 itself, Vijaya Laghubitta held a meeting to suggest dividends to the shareholders.
