    National Life Insurance Company recently held its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the leadership of its chairman, Ms. Prema Singh, on Jestha 22, 2080.

    During the AGM, the shareholders approved the distribution of 8% bonus shares and a 6.5% cash dividend. Additionally, an additional cash dividend of Rs 1.95 crore was endorsed for taxation purposes.
