    Menchhiyam Hydropower Limited has closed the issue of its initial public offering (IPO) to Nepalese citizens working abroad as of today, the 25th of Falgun, and has extended the IPO issue deadline for project-affected locals until the 9th of Chaitra, 2079. The problem had begun on the 10th of Falgun, 2079.

    The company’s issued capital is Rs. 54.25 crores, of which 10%, or 5,42,583 unit shares worth Rs. 5.42 crores, have been allocated to project-affected Sankhuwasabha District residents. Meanwhile, 20% of the company’s issued capital, or 10,85,167 unit shares, will be made available to the general public later. This public issue, which will close today, has allocated 10% of the shares totaling 108,517 units to Nepalese citizens working abroad.

    Today is the last day to claim Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited’s proposed dividend of 25.26%. (CBBL).

    The ultimate merger procedure has been completed between Sana Kisan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SKBBL) and RMDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (RMDC). On Bhadra 31, 2079, the firms signed a merger agreement.

    Similarly, the share exchange ratio between Sana Kisan and RMDC has been determined to be 1:0.87. Investors who now own 100 shares of RMDC Microfinance will get 87 shares of the amalgamated firm.

    Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) has reduced the dividend rate for fiscal year 2078/79 from 37.3684% to 33.15%.

    The 72nd meeting of the board of directors, held on Falgun 06, resolved to give a dividend of Rs. 1.03 Arba on the paid-up capital. A cash dividend of 9.3684% and 28% bonus shares had been recommended.

    The dividend was to be paid only after clearance from Nepal Rastra Bank and approval from the company’s future AGM. The dividend has been changed in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank’s directives. As a result, a new dividend rate of 26% Bonus dividend and 7.15% cash dividend has been recommended.

    Consequently, the bonus shares are valued at Rs. 26.89 crores, while the cash dividend is valued at Rs. 7.39 crores.
