    Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF) has suggested a 14.077% bonus share distribution for the fiscal year 2079/80.

    In their 216th board meeting on Magh 19, the directors decided to allocate the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 91,07,82,508.50. The entire dividend amount is proposed to be given in the form of bonus shares, making the total value of these shares Rs. 12,82,10,853.72.

    Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBBL) is set to reward its stakeholders with a proposed dividend of 7.3684%, amounting to Rs. 4.62 crores for the fiscal year 2079/80. The decision was made during the 263rd board meeting on Magh 15, where the directors recommended a distribution on the paid-up capital of Rs. 62.72 Crores. The proposed dividend includes a 7% bonus in shares, equivalent to Rs. 4.39 crores, and a 0.3684% cash dividend, specifically for tax purposes, totaling Rs. 23.10 lakhs. However, the disbursement is contingent upon approval from the central bank and subsequent endorsement during the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). This dividend proposal reflects SLBBL’s commitment to providing value to its shareholders while maintaining regulatory compliance in the financial sector.

    Since i am a small investor,I bought just 5 kitta EBL last year and the same distributed 13% bonus.With respect to this,I should have gotten somehow 0.65 bonusko kitta.But hadn’t got till the date.Yesto bela bonus kata harauxa.?Lovi bhako haina just a query.
    Anyone who had such experience and idea can share.Thankyou.

    A total of 1,06,98,094.44 units of bonus shares from Everest Bank Limited (EBL) have been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). This follows the company’s 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) conducted on the 30th of Ashwin, 2080, where a dividend of 20.53% for the fiscal year 2079/80 was approved. During the 357th meeting of the Board of Directors (BODs) on Bhadra 27, a decision was made to distribute a 10.53% cash dividend and a 10% bonus share from the company’s paid-up capital, which currently stands at Rs. 10.69 Arba.

    The bonus shares, reflecting the aforementioned decision, are now officially listed on NEPSE for trading.

    As of the latest update, the closing price of EBL on the stock exchange stands at Rs. 510.00.

    A total of 1,36,42,017 units of bonus shares from Machhapuchhre Bank Limited (MBL) have been officially listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

    During the bank’s 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 16th Ashwin, a 14% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80 was approved. Subsequently, in a board of directors meeting on Bhadra 13, it was decided to distribute 13.30% bonus shares and 0.70% in cash dividends, which is intended for tax purposes.

    These bonus shares, as per the decision, have now been successfully listed on NEPSE. In total, Machhapuchhre Bank Limited has 116,213,573 shares listed on the stock exchange. Among these, 59,268,922 shares (51.00%) are classified as promoter shares, while the remaining 56,944,651 shares (49.00%) are categorized as public shares.

    As of the latest market activity, MBL closed at Rs. 197 per share.
