    The Balephi Hydropower Limited (BHL) board of directors decided to submit a proposal for approval at the following annual general meeting of the company for the issuance of rights shares in the ratio of 1 equal to 0.5 from the current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.827 Arba. This decision was made at the board’s meeting on Falgun 12. Thus, the company’s enlarged paid-up capital following the right issuance at 50% will be Rs. 2.74 Arba.

    Balephi Hydropower earlier this year sold 18,27,970 units to the general public at a price of Rs 18.27 crore.

    Asian Hydropower Limited issued 6,97,200 units worth Rs 6.97 crore to the general public in an Initial Public Offering (IPO) (Magh 27- Falgun 2, 2079). Out of the total 840,000 units, 10%, or 84,000 units, have already been issued and allotted to Nepalese citizens working abroad, 2%, or 16,800 units, have been set aside for the company’s employees, and 5%, or 42,000 units, have been set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 6,97,200 units will be available to the general public.

    The second quarter (Q2) of the current FY 2079/80 had a net profit decline of 33.12% for Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMHL). From Rs. 7.50 crores in the same quarter last year, the earnings dropped to Rs. 5.0184 crores this quarter.

    This quarter’s net profit decreased as a result of a fall in sales income and an increase in finance expenses.

    In this quarter, the company generated total revenue of Rs. 13.93 crores, a reduction of 6.27% over the same quarter of the previous year.

    With a share capital of 40 crore rupees, it has a reserve fund of 5.30 crore rupees. Its net worth per share is Rs 113.26, and its yearly earnings per share are Rs 25.09.

    On Sunday, or 14 Falgun 2079, is when Asian Hydropower Limited will distribute its first public offering (IPO) shares. From that day at 9 am, the allotment program would take place on the grounds of the issue manager, NMB Capital Ltd, in Naxal.

    From the 27th Magh to the 3rd Falgun, the company distributed 6,97,200 units of shares with a face value of 100 rupees to the general public as part of an IPO. Of of the entire 840,000 units, 10%, or 84,000 units, have already been issued and allocated to Nepalese people living and working abroad. 2%, or 16,800 units, were set aside for the company’s employees, while 5%, or 42,000 units, of the total offered shares, were reserved for mutual funds.

    Bhugol Energy Development Company Limited was formed as a private limited company on February 16, 2009, and was later converted to a public limited company on October 31, 2017, to allow for public participation. The company operates the 3.75-MW Dwari Khola Small Hydropower Project in Nepal’s Dailekh District, Karnali Province. The project began commercial operations on May 6, 2017, ahead of the required COD of June 30, 2017, and was built at a total cost of NPR 734 million (NPR 196 million per MW) with an initial debt-to-equity ratio of 82:18.

    For the fiscal year 2078/79, Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) has proposed a dividend of 37.3684%.

    The 72nd meeting of the board of directors, held on Falgun 06, decided to distribute a dividend of Rs. 1.03 Arba on the paid-up capital. A cash dividend of 9.3684% and 28% bonus shares have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are valued at Rs. 28.95 crores, while the cash dividend is valued at Rs. 9.68 crores. For the tax amount on bonus shares, a cash dividend has been proposed.

    The dividend will be paid only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and approval from the company’s upcoming AGM. Last week, JBLB closed at Rs. 2,711.

    Last year, the company paid a 73.68% dividend, including 70% bonus shares, for fiscal year 2077/78.

    91,10,874.93 unit bonus shares of Himalayan Distillery Limited (HDL) have been Listed in NEPSE.

    The 22nd AGM of the company held on 27th Poush, 2079 endorsed a 70% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The bank endorsed a 60% bonus shares worth Rs. 91.10 crores and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.51 Arba. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

    From today, 5th Falgun, 2079, Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company Limited will close the issue of 11,20,000 unit IPO shares for project-affected locals of Illam District. The issue had begun on the 5th of Magh, 2079.

    The company’s issued capital is Rs. 1.12 Arba, of which 10%, or 11,20,000 unit shares worth Rs. 11.20 crores, have been reserved for project-affected Illam District residents. Meanwhile, 39% of the company’s issued capital, or 43,68,000 unit shares, will be made available to the general public later. 10% of the shares, totaling 436,800 units, were allocated for Nepalese citizens working abroad in this public issue, which closed on the 19th of March

    Global IME Bank Ltd will close the public issuance of the “11.25% Global IME Bank Debenture 2084/85” today, February 5th.

    The issue had begun on the 29th of Magh and was scheduled to end on the 3rd of Falgun. Nevertheless, the bank earlier declared in a notification that the deadline will be extended until February 14, although the subscription would expire as soon as it is subscribed. Because the offering is now oversubscribed, the business will shut it today till the end of banking hours.

    50 lakh units would be issued at a par value of Rs.1000 each. 30 lakh units of the overall offer will be subscribed through private placement, while the remaining 20 lakh shares totaling Rs. 2 Arba are eligible for public issuance, with 5% reserved for mutual funds.     Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has launched 7,59,990.842 unit bonus shares on NEPSE.

    The company’s AGM, held on Poush 28, 2079, approved a 5% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors of the firm met on the 5th of Poush 2079 and suggested a 5% dividend from the paid-up capital. The firm has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.59 Arba. A cash dividend of 0.25% (including tax) and 4.75% bonus shares were proposed. NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares.

    Yesterday, RADHI closed at Rs. 262.10.

    Similarly, Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has launched 1,03,74,980.58 unit bonus shares on NEPSE.

    The company’s 30th AGM, held on Poush 28, 2079, approved a 19.11% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. On Poush 05, the 427th board of directors meeting resolved to disburse the dividend on paid-up capital. Bonus shares worth 11.11% and cash dividends of 8% were suggested.

    NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares. HBL’s LTP is Rs. 285.

    Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) and Civil Bank Limited (CBL) have finalized their merger, and the combined operation will commence on Falgun 12 under the name “Himalayan Bank Limited.” The business signed a merger agreement with a swap ratio of 100: 80.28.

    Asian Hydropower Limited issued 697,200 units of shares worth Rs. 6.97 crores to the general public as a part of their Initial Public Offering (IPO) from 27th Magh till 3rd Falgun, 2079.

    Out of the total 840,000 units; 10% i.e. 84,000 units have already been issued and allotted to Nepalese citizens working abroad, whereas 2% i.e 16,800 units have been set aside for the employees of the company and 5% of the total offered shares i.e. 42,000 units have been set aside for the mutual funds. The remaining 6,97,200 units are for the general public. The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs. 34 Crores after the IPO issuance. The company intends to collect Rs 6.97 crore from this IPO.
