Price of shares, what does it depend on?

NICA hasn’t given dividend for 2 years now,but still has a higher price. What does the price of share depend on? And is it good to buy shares in NICA for long term?

  1. Dividend not distributed leads to higher Book value, Long term investor ho bhane tyo reserve ma bhako paisa timrai ho dhilo chado. So, many are still holding and adding as it still has room for growth.

Also, NICA has a lower share float, and has not been diluted by bonus in the last 2 years.

  2. Vannu parda supply or demand kai khel ho. But J pani huna sakxa. Low cap stock haru ma chahi. NICA ko context ma, demand ramrai xa. Invest garne le pani ramrai hold gari rakhya xa NICA ko ta. kasto kasto bad news pani pachako ho NICA le ta. Ramro company, with growth potential. Paid up pani praya bank ko comparison ma low nai xa yesko. Ani yeslai aba capital badhaunu parne hunxa dherai karan le. So ramrop bonus share ko chances xa yesma.

Long term ko lagi ni ramrai bhanxu ma chahi. Euta matra kura vanya chahi, kun paat ko bank sanga merger ma gayo vane chahi swap ratio le NICA ko investor lai nai ghata parxa.

  3. the price of the share depends on the supply and demand of the shares. it depends on what people are willing to buy it for and sell it for, which may depend upon a lot of different factors.

How long does it take for bonus shares to get listed after book close date

Can someone please tell me how long (on average) it takes to list the bonus share in nepsetms and mero share after the book close date? For example, STC book close date was on 22nd Mar 2024 but I do not find the listing date anywhere. Thank you. View on r/NepalStock by p_gautam Popular Tags: […]
