BFIN To Float IPO in Nepal Stock Exchange


The Banking and Institute of Nepal Limited has announced that initial public offerings (IPOs) will be made available to the general public.

According to a statement released by the BFIN, it will allocate 55,000 units of share to the public at a price of per unit share.

The IPO’s launch date, however, has yet to be determined.

The issue manager for the has been appointed NIC Asia Capital Limited.

On behalf of BFIN, Binod Aatreya, Managing Director, and NIC Asia Capital Limited, Chief Executive Officer, signed an agreement to that effect.
