The dividend has two parts:
- 12.76 percent bonus share
- 0.67 percent cash dividend (this is for tax)
As of Ashad end 2082 BS, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 26.64 crores. So, the bonus share is worth Rs 3.39 crores. The cash dividend is Rs 17.89 lakhs.
This dividend needs approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM (Annual General Meeting).
The company sent its financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After that, they will hold the AGM.
