Promoter Shares of Best Finance Company Now Listed in NEPSE


A total of 3,56,074.57 units of promoter shares from Best Finance Company Ltd. (BFC) have been successfully listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). These shares, which were auctioned earlier, are now available for trading under the symbol BFCPO.

The auction took place between 4th Ashadh, 2081, and 11th Ashadh, 2081, offering shareholders the opportunity to purchase promoter shares. The minimum bid price set for the auction was Rs. 100 per share, with participants required to bid for a minimum of 1,000 shares. This auction was aimed at distributing promoter shares, enhancing liquidity, and increasing shareholder participation in the company.

Now that the shares are officially listed on NEPSE, investors can trade them under the promoter share category, which typically offers long-term benefits to shareholders. This move is expected to provide more investment opportunities for traders in the financial sector and further strengthen the capital market.
