I have filled out forms to change my frozen demat shares to free share. They are saying it may take 1-2 days. Is there a way to make them complete this process faster?

Need an excel or google sheet to keep track of my profit/loss !!
Hey guys if you have got a simple trading sheet with Stock Name, Buy Date, Quantity, Buy price, Sell price, Total purchase price, Total sell price with capital gain and other taxations, Profit/loss, p/l %. Please share with me please I don’t know how to use excel and if I had such tracker it would aid to keep records of my trades. It will be great for others in this sub as well since there are many who don’t know how to use excel.
Also, if you guys are good at excel, please can you create a excel sheet with above details and with auto computations in different columns based on your buy price?
Please help me with this one guys please I don’t know where to ask other than here.
