We all know that right shares are not fully subscribed in Nepal especially that of hydropower. When the right shares are not fully subscribed they go into auction. If a company is issuing right share as 1:1 in that case can I apply more than of what I am eligible. I have 100 share of a particular comany and it’s right share is 1:1. In that case can I apply more than 100 right shares? Please do let me know.
