Unilever Nepal Proposes NPR 1,714 Dividend Per Share for FY 2080/81


Unilever Nepal Limited (UNL) has announced a dividend payout of NPR 1,714 per equity share for the fiscal year 2080/81. This decision was made during the company’s 185th Board of Directors meeting, held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Friday, 9th Asoj 2081 (25th September 2024).

During the meeting, the Board approved the audited Annual Accounts for the fiscal year 2080/81 and recommended the dividend from the profit available for appropriation. This dividend proposal will reward UNL shareholders with a significant return.

The book closure date for the dividend has been set from 28th Asoj 2081 to 12th Kartik 2081, meaning only shareholders who hold UNL shares before 28th Asoj 2081 will be eligible for the dividend payout.

As of now, Unilever Nepal shares have a last traded price (LTP) of Rs. 50,398.90, reflecting its premium standing in the market.
