Trust Micro Insurance Limited Holds First General Meeting in Butwal


Trust Micro Insurance Limited recently held its inaugural general meeting in Butwal, presided over by Chairman Jagat Bahadur Pokharel. Key agendas approved during the meeting included the issuance of Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), financial reports for the fiscal year 079/80, auditor appointments for FY 080/81, and the election of board leadership.

Jagat Bahadur Pokharel was re-elected as chairman, while Deepak Bohora, Rachit Kumar Agrawal, Pooja Singhal, and Namraj Neupane were elected as board members.

The company announced plans to introduce mobile insurance services targeting rural areas in the Lumbini region, kicking off the initiative with a mobile van. Trust Micro Insurance has been steadily expanding its non-life insurance services through numerous branches and sub-branches across the country since its establishment in Butwal.
