    From the 11th to the 15th of Falgun, 2079, Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited issued 169,755 units of shares worth Rs. 1.69 crores to the general public as part of their Initial Public Offering (IPO).

    The company’s issued capital is Rs. 6.23 crores, of which 32.625%, or 203,380 unit shares worth Rs. 2.03 crores, have been set aside for the general public. Out of the total 203,380 units, 10%, or 20,388 units, were set aside for Nepalese citizens working abroad, while 1.5326%, or 3,117 units, were set aside for company employees, and 5%, or 10,170 units, were set aside for mutual funds. The remaining 169,755 units were made available to the general public.

    The dividend proposal for the fiscal year 2078/79 of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (ALBSL) has been revised.

    The company had previously proposed a 20% bonus share and 1.0526% cash dividend on its Rs. 33.39 crore paid-up capital. The bonus shares were worth slightly more than Rs. 6.67 crores, while the cash dividend was worth slightly more than Rs. 35.14 lakhs.

    Siddhartha Insurance Limited (SIL) has launched 11,59,200 unit bonus shares on NEPSE.

    On Poush 29, 2079, the firm had its 21st Annual General Meeting, at which the 9.4737% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79 was approved. A 9% bonus share and 0.4737% cash dividend (for tax purposes) from the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.28 Arba were recommended at the board of directors meeting on Poush 7. As a result, the proposal included bonus shares worth Rs. 11.59 crores and cash dividends of Rs. 61.01 lakh.

    The same bonus shares are now on the NEPSE list. Last week, SIL finished at Rs. 611.

    Bank of Kathmandu Limited issued 11,00,000 units of “10.5% BOK Debenture 2086” between the 2nd and 7th Bhadras of 2079.

    6.60 lakh units were subscribed via private placement from the total issue of 11 lakh units, while the remaining 4.40 lakh units worth Rs. 44 crores were open for public issue, 5% of which was also allocated to mutual funds.

    The “10.50% BOK Debenture 2086” has a maturity period of 7 years and will provide an annual return of 10.50% during that time.

    The NEPSE index increased 4.55 points from the previous trading day’s closing to close at 2,027.19 today. The gain here is 0.22%. On Thursday, the index fell 57.74 points.

    The index hit an intraday low of 1,961.24 and started the day at 2,016.54. Although it peaked at 2,029.66 and ended up closing at 2,027.19

    Through 50,532 transactions, 262 scrips changed hands. 6,515,852 shares in all were traded for a total market value of Rs. 2.525 Arba. This is a little more than the turnover of Rs. 2.522 Arba from the previous trading day.

    Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) has added 112,614,336 new shares to the NEPSE.

    On 2nd Ashad, 2079, Global IME Bank Limited (GBIME) and Bank of Kathmandu Limited (BOKL) signed a merger agreement and agreed to a 1: 1 share swap ratio for the merger. As a result of the merger, the additional shares are now listed in NEPSE. After the merger, GBIME’s total listed shares were 245,096,261 and BOKL’s were 112,614,337.17, for a total of 357,710,597 unit shares.

    The Nepal Bankers’ Association (NBA) has published a comprehensive study on deposit and lending trends in Nepal’s commercial banks. This information is current as of the end of Magh in 2079. Until Falgun 01, the CD ratio was 86.24.

    The total amount of deposits increased by Rs. 14 billion (Arba) in the fourth week of Magh month, reaching Rs. 4741 billion.     From today, 5th Falgun, 2079, Sagarmatha Jalbidhyut Company Limited will close the issue of 11,20,000 unit IPO shares for project-affected locals of Illam District. The issue had begun on the 5th of Magh, 2079.

    The company’s issued capital is Rs. 1.12 Arba, of which 10%, or 11,20,000 unit shares worth Rs. 11.20 crores, have been reserved for project-affected Illam District residents. Meanwhile, 39% of the company’s issued capital, or 43,68,000 unit shares, will be made available to the general public later. 10% of the shares, totaling 436,800 units, were allocated for Nepalese citizens working abroad in this public issue, which closed on the 19th of March

    Radhi Bidyut Company Limited (RADHI) has launched 7,59,990.842 unit bonus shares on NEPSE.

    The company’s AGM, held on Poush 28, 2079, approved a 5% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors of the firm met on the 5th of Poush 2079 and suggested a 5% dividend from the paid-up capital. The firm has a paid-up capital of Rs. 1.59 Arba. A cash dividend of 0.25% (including tax) and 4.75% bonus shares were proposed. NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares.

    Yesterday, RADHI closed at Rs. 262.10.

    Similarly, Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) has launched 1,03,74,980.58 unit bonus shares on NEPSE.

    The company’s 30th AGM, held on Poush 28, 2079, approved a 19.11% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. On Poush 05, the 427th board of directors meeting resolved to disburse the dividend on paid-up capital. Bonus shares worth 11.11% and cash dividends of 8% were suggested.

    NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares. HBL’s LTP is Rs. 285.

    Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) and Civil Bank Limited (CBL) have finalized their merger, and the combined operation will commence on Falgun 12 under the name “Himalayan Bank Limited.” The business signed a merger agreement with a swap ratio of 100: 80.28.
