Ngadi Group Power Limited proposes a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79
For the fiscal year 2078/79, Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has proposed a 5% dividend. The board of directors decided on Falgun 1 to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.76 Arba. A cash dividend of 0.25% and 4.75% bonus shares (for tax purposes) have been proposed.
