Star Micro Insurance Partners with NIMB Ace Capital for Upcoming IPO


Star Micro Insurance Company Limited has entered into an agreement with NIMB Ace Capital Limited to act as the issue and sales manager for its forthcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO).

This IPO will make available 2,250,000 shares at a price of NPR 100 per share, amounting to a total of NPR 225,000,000. This offering represents 30% of the company’s issued capital.

Star Micro Insurance, which was registered in the year 2079, received its non-life micro-insurance license in 2080 and has been providing insurance services across various regions of Nepal since then. The official agreement was signed on Bhadra 9, 2081, by the Chief Executive Officers of both Star Micro Insurance and NIMB Ace Capital Limited.
