Sanima Reliance Life Insurance Limited (SRLI) has announced a 18.3811% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. During the 30th meeting of the company’s Board of Directors on Bhadra 30, it was decided to distribute the dividend in the form of 18.3811% bonus shares, based on the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 4.18 Arba.
The proposed dividend is subject to approval by the Nepal Insurance Authority and will be finalized after endorsement at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). As of now, SRLI has a last traded price (LTP) of Rs. 552.00. Notably, this will be the company’s first dividend distribution.
