Nepal Reinsurance Company Limited has given its shareholders a 4.75% bonus share directly in their demat accounts. This action followed the company’s 18th Annual General Meeting on the 15th of Ashad, where a 5% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79 was approved. Furthermore, during the 453rd board of directors meeting held on Baisakh 17, a decision was made to allocate 4.75% bonus shares and 0.25% cash dividend (for tax reasons) from the company’s paid-up capital of Rs. 12,23,25,00,000.
