Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) Auctioning 88,209 Promoter Shares


Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) has announced an auction for 88,209 units of promoter shares starting today. This auction is exclusively open to existing promoter shareholders who have 35 days from the date of publication (30th Ashadh) to submit their bids.

Interested shareholders can place their bids at the bank’s central office in Tangal, Kathmandu, or at Kumari Capital Limited in Naxal, Nagpokhari, Kathmandu. If no bids are received within the specified period, the shares will be auctioned to the general public.

KBL shares closed at Rs. 147.00, while KBLPO has a last traded price (LTP) of Rs. 104.00.

Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SMATA) is auctioning 64,919 units of promoter shares starting today (30th Ashadh, 2081). This auction is limited to existing promoter shareholders, who have 35 days to submit their bids at the company’s central office in Banepa-7, Kavrepalanchowk.

If no bids are received within the given timeframe, the shares will be auctioned to the general public.

SMATA shares closed at Rs. 1,010.00, while SMATAP has an LTP of Rs. 366.00.

Citizens Bank International Limited (CZBIL) is auctioning 4,440.87 units of promoter shares. The auction, starting today, is open to existing promoter shareholders, with a minimum bid rate of Rs. 103. Shareholders have 35 days from the publication date (30th Ashadh, 2081) to submit their bids at the bank’s central office located at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu.

If no bids are received within the designated period, the shares will be available for auction to the general public.

CZBIL shares closed at Rs. 189.00, while CZBILP has an LTP of Rs. 102.
