The funds raised through these shares will be invested in the development of the 20 MW Ankhukhola Hydropower 2 project, which is currently being promoted by Ganesh Himal Hydropower Company. The company plans to allocate 60% of the funds to the Ankhukhola 2 project and utilize the remaining amount to repay its outstanding loans, according to a media statement.
