Gold Price Rises by Rs. 600 per Tola in Nepal


The price of gold has increased by Rs. 600 per tola today compared to yesterday’s rates. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of fine gold is now Rs. 1,42,800 per tola, up from Rs. 1,42,200 per tola.

Tejabi gold also saw a rise, now priced at Rs. 1,42,100 per tola, compared to the previous day’s Rs. 1,41,500 per tola. On June 7, 2024, fine gold peaked at Rs. 1,45,000 per tola, showcasing the precious metals market’s volatility.

Silver prices have also increased, rising by Rs. 35 per tola. The new price is Rs. 1,840 per tola, up from Rs. 1,805 per tola.

The domestic market continues to trend upwards, influenced by global economic factors. Currently, the international gold rate is $2,341.80 per ounce, while silver is priced at $30.35 per ounce globally.
