    From the 21st Chaitra, Prime Commercial Bank will auction 9,00,000 units of promoter shares to the general public and institutions.


    The existing promoters of Prime Commercial Bank Limited are auctioning off 9,00,000 units of promoter shares to the general public from the 21st Chaitra to the 29th Chaitra, 2079.

    A total of 9,00,000 promoter shares will be auctioned off. Individual investors, businesses, and institutions can all bid in an auction. The minimum bid is Rs. 130. The promoters’ shares have a minimum bid quantity of 1000 units. Although bidders may bid for the entire issue, they must follow the Nepal Rastra Bank’s rule of not exceeding the specified number of shares per entity.

    On the 25th of Poush, 2079, the company held its 29th AGM for the fiscal year 2078/79. For fiscal year 2078/79, the board of directors approved a 10.53% dividend of Rs. 1.03 Arba. On Mangsir 12, 2079, the 492nd board of directors decided to distribute a 10.53% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 9,82,58,53,113, with 3% bonus shares worth Rs. 29,47,75,594 and 7.53% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 73,98,86,735 endorsed. NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares.

    On 29th Poush, 2079, the bank held its 38th AGM for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors approved a 30% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. On Mangsir 25, the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 22.83 Arba. There was a proposal for 18.50% bonus shares worth Rs 4.22 Arba and 11.5% cash dividend (including bonus shares for tax purposes) worth Rs 2.61 Arba. NEPSE now lists the same bonus shares.

    Himalayan Everest Insurance Limited (HEI) has scheduled its 29th annual general meeting for Chaitra 29, 2079. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. that day at the Baneshwor Banquet in Thapagaun.

    Among the other items on the agenda, the AGM will approve a 2.89% dividend for fiscal year 2078/79. The 297th meeting of the board of directors, held on Poush 26, decided to distribute a dividend of Rs. 2.23 Arba on the paid-up capital. A cash dividend of 0.14% and 2.75% bonus shares have been proposed. Thus, the bonus shares are valued at Rs. 6.15 crores, while the cash dividend is valued at Rs. 32.42 lakhs.
